Order preparation will be at least 1 hour.

Delivery fees will be handled by the customer.

Cancellation of order will only be allowed 10 minutes after ordering.

Return of orders are only allowed when video evidence is presented indicating Soy Tahoy’s production error. Courier and Customer errors are not eligible for return or refund. This is only for problems concerning the packaging, those with errors in the main content of the product are not eligible for a return and refund.
